Ho Hum… November 27, 2006

Jon is outside hanging up the Christmas lights and I’m sad because I’m still too sick to help. *sniff sniff* I woke up feeling worse this morning if that’s at all possible. I think I have the flu. NO fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from the Wychopen house!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mama started running fever today too. PRAY Dad doesn’t get sick!!!!!!!!!!!!! Heat effects him so bad that if he gets fever it will paralyze him and he’ll end up in the hospital….so, he really needs to keep from getting whatever it is we have.

Well, I really, really, really want to be decorating for Christmas right now but Mama doesn’t think today is the day to do it since I have trouble standing for very long. Do Mothers always over-react??? KIDDING!!!!!!!! I don’t want to pass out, so no decorating for me today….maybe tomorrow??? *smile*

Some people will be glad to hear that I have canceled my lessons for this week. I will not attempt to teach in this condition or pass the flu to anyone else. Aren’t you proud??? I cannot say the same for someone else I know. I won’t reveal her name but her initials are Kristin Shaffer. *wink*

So now I have the rest of the week to sleep……some more. Humph. Botheration. Balderdash. Ho Hum. Fiddle Dee Dee. Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh. Ok, I’m done. *grin*

I’m in pj pants, a sweatshirt, green fuzzy socks that do not match what I’m wearing, (Actually what I’m wearing doesn’t match what I’m wearing come to think of it.) my hair is in pigtails and my nose is bright red. I think I could apply for a job at the circus!!!!!!! And my Mom wants to know if I want her to take a picture of me and post it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mothers are SO helpful when you’re sick.

Oh, I think this is very funny and I hope Mom doesn’t mind me posting it. (Don’t kill me Mom.) Actually, we ALL think it’s very funny. Whenever Mom is sick, she takes her temperature every 15 minutes. When I asked her why she does that she said: “Because, it might be going up!!!!!!!!!” LOL

Well, I think I’ll go eat some brussels sprouts, spinach and collard greens since I can’t taste anything. Hey, why not?? Maybe it’ll be fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *smile*
