Happy Birthday to Laura Christine Shaffer!!!!!!!

Things I LOVE about Laura:

-I love that Laura is always ready to listen and give GREAT advice.

-I love that Laura is a constant example to me of a Christ-like woman!!!!

-I love that Laura is always willing to help me with sewing projects and computer issues!!!!!!!! *smile*

-I love that Laura puts others, including me, above herself.

-I love her giving spirit.

-I love that Laura is my friend!!!!!

-Most of all I love LAURA for who she is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *smile*

Fondest memories:

-The Wild’s…..LOTS of funny stories, some sticky situations and TONS of laughs!!!!!!!

-Ensemble……WOW, without Laura I think Voice of Grace wouldn’t have made it past choosing songs at the very beginning!!!!!!!!!

-Bridesmaid dresses……Laura did such an OUTSTANDING job on our dresses for Aaron and Laura’s wedding. I remember being kind of nervous about getting them done when Laura offered to sew Kristin’s and mine. The outcome was more than I could have ever expected!!!!!!! It was GORGEOUS!!!!!!! Another example of Laura’s giving heart and servant’s spirit. *smile*

-Arkansas…..What a FUN few days we spent at Eagle Mountain!!!!!!!! Crawling in caves with no light, rearranging the furniture at 2 o’clock in the morning and laughing so hard at times we had to sit down to gain our composure. That was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken and I’m SO glad Laura went because it made the entire trip SO extremely enjoyable!!!!!!!!!

-Road trips……We have taken so many trips together….big ones and little ones, and each have had their share of laughs, tears, random adventures, crazy stories and hysterical moments!!!!!!!!!!

Laura, I am so amazed with the person you are and every time I talk to you I come away encouraged and refreshed. I’m so thankful for a faithful friend who will always point me back to Christ and tell me what I need to hear even if at times I don’t want to hear it!!! *smile*
