Happy Birthday to Melanie Ann Mellie Moo Twirly Girl Sister Mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To say Melanie is a huge part of my life would be a complete understatement!!!!!!!!!!!! *smile*

Things I love about Melanie:

-I love that Melanie is crazy and wild, and not afraid to be herself.

-I love that Melanie is ALWAYS concerned with every detail of my life and genuinely cares about even the non important things.

-I love that Melanie is completely random and I can always count on her to drop it all and do something crazy with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-I love Melanie’s HUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There’s nothing like ‘em in the whole wide world….and I love that whenever I need a hug she just comes over and gives me one!!!!!!!!! *smile*

-I love that Melanie has such a desire to do the right thing and is always striving for excellence!!!!!!!

-I love that Melanie isn’t afraid to try new things and drag me along too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *smile*

-Most of all, I LOVE MELANIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fondest memories:

Oh my, where do I start?????????????? I’ll just have to list a few or we’ll be here all night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-Swimming…….although swimming with Melanie many times involves pain and bruises, nothing compares on a hot summer day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-CMT……….Wow, so many things to remember here. Painting props for hours and ending up with more paint on ourselves than on the prop!!!!! Coming up with hand motions and thinking they’re really good only to have Amy tell us, “That’s totally dumb girls, try something else!!”

-MABLE Sisterhood Park………..can’t beat it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s actually Meyer Park but we renamed it on one of our many morning walks, deciding that it’s rightful name was indeed the MABLE Sisterhood Park. LOTS of memories in that park……..walking/jogging/skipping, singing and getting all sorts of looks. Talking to strangers about all kinds of things, (like a dog who was a “typical male” for instance!!) feeding squirrels, taking pictures, patting poles, almost hammock-tipping but we weren’t quite brave enough, sharing news, CMT planning and important life discussions. Yep, that park holds A LOT of memories for us!!!!!!!!

-Bogner/Wychopen Time…….the fact that this had to be invented is sort of sad but very funny and completely typical of us!!!!!!!! Bogner/Wychopen time simply means between 15 to 30 minutes later than the set time…..and we can always count on being “on time” when we say 12:00pm, “Bogner/Wychopen time”!!!!!! *smile*

-At home……Tons of memories at our houses……CMT meetings, girl nights, movies, toenail painting, baking, eating, swimming, hide and seek in the dark, pouncing, tickling, late night or uhh, early morning talks, crazy videos, playing dress up, taping “radio programs” and TONS of laughs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could go on and on, but I won’t!!!! I’ll just say: MELANIE, I love you soooooooooooo much and I thank God for blessing my life everyday with your friendship and love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are a constantly encouraging, cheer me up, know just what I need, make me laugh, talk til all hours, random visits, walk in the park, twirl in the rain, take lots of pictures, make crazy videos, go out for ice cream, sing a song, jump in the pool, some kind of awesome sister!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
