So long, farewell….. February 8, 2007

Well, we’ve bid one member goodbye and from here it only gets worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *sniff*

Our dear Amy has left us for a music course….sad substitution if you ask me!!!!!!!!!!!! Megan and Jonelle will be leaving us for get this, mission work….now really, they could have done better than that surely!!!!!!!!!! Josh is leaving for, well you won’t believe it, a job!!!!!!! He’s a guy, why does he need a job anyway???? Oh the provider thing, right, ok never mind. And Laura, well this is clincher, she’s leaving because apparently, it’s God’s will that she serve at Revive our Hearts Ministry. *shaking head*

I don’t get it….I mean, I’m not going anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!! Except to teach music and to Wal-mart and stuff like that……….but really……..oh bother. Sigh………as sad as it really is, I am truly grateful that the people in my life are led by the Lord and sold out to Him, and ready to walk where HE leads!!!!!!! It’s incredible to watch lives being lived for the purpose and calling of Jesus Christ!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will miss ensemble, but God knows what He’s doing and I can’t wait to see the outcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *smile*

So with that…..last night we had our final ensemble get together. We went to………dum-da-da-dum…….Incredible Pizza!!!!!! And……..it was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!! Go figure!!!! *smile* Arcade games, bumper cars, go carts, golf, bowling, shoot the target thingies, (which I couldn’t really do) and, you won’t believe this, Josh, Megan, Kristin and I did this race car game, I think it was the Fast and Furious or something along those lines and…………..drum roll please………..I came in first place three times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I usually wreck the car before I get past the 1, 2, 3, GO!!!!! lol

All I can say is: I’d like to thank my Mom and my Dad and the President, and my piano teachers and my pet frog. Without y’all this would have never been possible. Thank you. Ok, seriously though, thanks to Jon and Sarah Beth for making me play racing games with them at home!!! It must have clicked at some point!!!! lol The whole night was such a blast and we enjoyed every minute of it except for the part when they announced closing time over the speakers!!!
