Can you say…….. April 21, 2007

….time for a serious-girl time-chit chat-giggles-chill-relax-movies-facials-snacks-nail polish-adventures in odyssey-all out fun night??????????????????????????? YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I can say is, it was about time!!!!!! Heh heh heh….It’s been awhile since either Kristin or I have had time to just kick back and relax. It’s been a good night. It’s been a needed night too!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *smile*

So, now it’s 6:30am, we just finished our nails and I’m not quite sure how much longer Kristin will be with me. She’s reading this and says “not long”. Somehow, I believe her. Too bad, I was about to suggest hide and seek………or another movie………or………hmmmm, something highly exciting. Oooooooo, we could dare each other to go up in the attic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN THE DARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m getting the creeps just thinking about it. Yeah, she won’t go for that. Never mind. Kat, you should be here so you and I can go into the dark scary attic and scare ourselves to death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then Kristin could shake her head at us and get a good laugh in!!!!! *smile*

So we watched a movie…..yeah, I cried off and on through the whole thing and then lost it at the end. Sigh…..ahhhh well. Then, after that we got to talking…..and talking, and talking and eventually ended up on “how much we love Adventures in Odyssey”. So of course we had to listen to some. While we painted our toenails………..we’re really great at the multi-tasking thing. *smile*

Oh, know what else we did????? lol Well, we went downstairs to get drinks and when I came back up I saw our pudding sitting there. Botheration, we forgot to get spoons. I really didn’t want to go back downstairs, try to be quiet again and deal with my poor foot and darkness and furniture. NOT cool. Sooooooooooooo, I remembered that I had chop sticks in my drawer. Don’t ask why, I just did. Random thing. So, I said, ah ha, we can eat our pudding with these. Kristin gave me the normal, “you’re rather insane” look and then shrugged, sure why not??? It was funny though because the other morning I woke up and Jon was digging in my drawer looking for a remote for the TV and saw my chop sticks. “ERIN!!!! You have chop sticks in your side table drawer???” Hey, I said calmly, you never know when you’re gonna need chop sticks!!!!!!!!!!! See there???? Perfect…… *smile* It was very fun and interesting eating pudding with chop sticks. I rather liked it. *smile*

Anyway, it’s been a nice night after a not so great day. I hit my hurt foot three times today and then each member of my family except Josh and Dad of course, stepped on my it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly painful. The last time I hit it I just burst into tears. It was so sore….oh my word. Ouch….seriously hurt. Bother. Oh well………..so yeah, today was not a fun day. But it got better!!!! The Shaffer’s came over for dinner and then Kristin stayed……*smile*
